Egg, it's what's for dinner

This should have been posted on 11/02/08, just to set the record straight. :)

Since we were so excited to receive our very 2nd egg, we decided to cook it up right away. I fried it in a little EVOO and served it on a nice piece of crusty bread. Mmmm, it was worth the wait!
