Now this raises at least one question in my mind. If you look closely at the ground the flour hose is just laying on the ground and it was, presumably, filling underground tanks accessed through the opened manhole covers. How sanitary is this? Really. I might think twice about purchasing the in-store baked goods in the future.
Also I bet it looked awesome when it happened. Man, I wish I could have seen the flour cloud...I don't suppose it "mushroomed" but how cool would that have been? Oh and I bet some people had a nice dusting on their cars...and it was starting to rain too. Ha! Driving around with dough on your car...nice.
